Crown Princess Victoria Attends The Launch of White Paper


Tuesday March 25, The Crown Princess attended the launch of the White Paper: The dark and unknown history . The ceremony took place at Norra Latin in Stockholm.
Integration Minister Erik Ullenhag featured  The dark and unknown history - a White Paper on abuses and violations of Romany and Travellers in Sweden during the 1900s.
Invited to the ceremony at Norra Latin was among the Roma and facilitators spread that contributed to the book's genesis, representatives of Roma organizations, representatives of agencies and organizations as well as members of parliament.
The White Paper, which is based on archival material, research reports, and interviews with Roma and Travellers, is to pay tribute to the victims and their relatives and foster understanding of the Roma minority situation today.
The book, which has been developed within the framework of the Ministry of Labour, do not provide a complete picture of the vulnerability of Roma during the 1900s, but is the most comprehensive in this area.
