On Wednesday, 7 May, Queen Silvia visited the Junior Academy school in Stockholm. The Junior Academy is one of Scandinavia's totally unique music education with teaching from preschool to high school and adult education.

The Queen's visit began with a meeting and talk with students and staff at the school. The school's founder, violinist and music educator, Nina Balabina told that the school has 420 pupils and a total of 15 languages are spoken.
