Crown Prince Haakon and Prince Sverre Magnus opened the exhibition “Dad in Many Countries" on Children’s art in Oslo.

Program for the Turkish state visit to Denmark.
Turkey's president, H. E. Abdullah Gül and Mrs. Hayrünnis will stay in Denmark from 17 - 19th march 2014.
The program for the state visit reflects the expansion of the great Danish -Turkish relations, which stretches back to the mid 18th century . The state visit is focused on green growth and technology, health and welfare and food and the food industry.

Danner is one of several shelters where Mary Foundation has launched the backpacks to children in shelters . Backpacks containing practical necessities to children and use of child educators to conversations with children about their difficult experiences .

HRH The Crown Princess and Miss Chelsea Clinton, vice chairman of The Clinton Foundation met on Sunday 9 March 2014 in New York at a dinner organized by the Danish Consulate General. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a range of issues related to their respective work in global health, empowerment and rights with particular focus on women, children and vulnerable people.

HRH The Crown Princess will pay an official visit to New York at the UN Women's Commission 58 Collection.
The Crown Princess as a member of the High Level Task Force on ICPD will pay an official visit to New York at the UN Women's Commission 58 meeting on 10-11th march 2014.
Building on her global work for girls, women and especially maternal health and rights involved, the Crown Princess will participate on the first days of the session, whose focus is "Challenges and results of the implementation of the UN's 2015 goals for girls and women." In addition, the Crown Princess will participate in a series of thematic meetings on the subject.
The Crown Princess program in New York also includes a business-related event.
Monday 10 March
- Crown Princess gives the opening speech at the public hearing, "Investing in Girls and Women : Everybody Wins" on the societal benefits of improving girls' and women's conditions and rights. The meeting is organized by the Women Deliver organization and the Danish UN mission. Senior officials from the UN, executives from the private sector, politicians and civil society representatives will attend.
- The Crown Princess participates in the official opening of the UN Women's Commission 58 collection.
- The Crown Princess attends a Danish-British -led meeting " Everyday sexism and hate speech - what are consequences for women's empowerment and equal opportunities ? " Gender discrimination in everyday life and its consequences.
- The Crown Princess will visit the United Nations Population Fund , UNFPA, in her capacity as patron of the organization. Here the Crown Princess will meet the Director of UNFPA, Dr.Babatunde Osotimehin , and Deputy Executive Director of UNFPA, Anne- Birgitte Albrechtsen .
- The Crown Princess will attend a dinner with UN Ambassador Ib Petersen, Denmark's Permanent Mission to the UN in New York , the official Danish delegation led by the Minister for Children, Equality , inclusion and social conditions.

- The Crown Princess attends as guest of honor an event organized by the American Haemophilia Society ( National Hemophilia Foundation) and Novo Nordisk, which marks an ongoing partnership to improve opportunities for people with hemophilia and bleeding disorders. The Crown Princess will have an opportunity to meet local families with bleeding children and members of the U.S. bleed Association youth group, Connect for Bleeding Disorders .
- As a member of the High Level Task Force on ICPD, the Crown Princess will participate on the hearing, "Fulfilling the Promise of Equality " to promote girls' and women's rights , thereby increasing gender equality.
- As a member of the High - Level Task Force on ICPD, the Crown Princess will participate in the panel discussion "Linking HIV, Gender Equality, and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Every Women and Every Child Initiative & the Post- 2015 Social Justice Agenda " .
- The meeting will begin with speeches by UN Secretary General Ban Ki -moon , the Executive Director of UN Women Phumzile Mlambo - Ngcuka and Executive Director Michel Sidibé .

On Monday, March 3, Prince Daniel visited the training Hyper Island activities center at Telefonplan in Stockholm. Hyper Island is a Swedish education company specializing in digital and interactive media.
The Prince was given a presentation of the activities of the CEO Johanna Frelin, Per- Vidar Lundberg, global manager of corporate training, public relations manager Alexandra Jerselius and Roger Sjögren responsible for the master class workshops.
Today, the King held an Advisory Council at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. The Advisory Council is a consultative body between the parliament and the government where the King sits in the chair. The Board consists of the President and nine other members of parliament and nine deputies.
Advisory Council is convened by the government. The Constitution states that "The Government shall keep the Advisory Council informed on the foreign policy conditions that may be of importance for the country and discuss with the Board on these as often as needed."

On Sunday, March 2nd, Crown Prince Frederik participated at the 2014 90km Vasaloppet, an annual ski competition held in Sweden.

Crown Prince Haakon makes official visit to Russia.
On 25 February, Crown Prince Haakon started a 3-day official visit to Russia. The Crown Prince promoted Norwegian business' investment in St. Petersburg and Leningrad.
Keeping on his Russian visit, on 26 February Crown Prince Haakon attended the official opening of Jotun's new factory outside of St. Petersburg. Jotun has been a supplier of paint to the Russian shipbuilding industry for many years.
Later that day, the Crown Prince attended the opening of a business seminar in downtown St. Petersburg. In his speech he drew up the fact that many Norwegian companies choose to establish themselves in Russia:
Crown Prince Haakon also held posts for students at Baltic State Technical University ( BSTU ). Several former students have become leading experts in missile and military technology, and known cosmonauts as Gregory Gretsjko and Sergei Krikaljov studied there.
In the evening the Crown Prince participated at a seafood reception at the Ethnographic Museum , with representatives of governments , civil society and business. Trio Mediaeval and Arve Henriksen contributed a cultural element of receipt.
Finally, on his last day in Russia, the Crown Prince made a short visit to the Norwegian FMC Technologies in their offices at the Winter Palace. The company is a world leader in systems and solutions to the oil and gas production on the seabed.

- An Increasing number of Norwegian companies see the potential - and are, as a result, investing in Russia. Around 100 Norwegian companies are now well established in Russia. Several Russian companies, such as Lukoil and Rosneft, have established themelves in Norway as well. We hope to see many more in the years to come.
