Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Prince Frederik laid a wreath on Christian VIII's coffin at Roskilde Cathedral in connection of the Norwegian Constitution's Bicentennial. The celebration included the Norwegian Community gala week in Copenhagen - Denmark's celebration of the 200th anniversary of the Norwegian Constitution. Both national parliament presidents - the Folketing chairman Mogens Toft luck and Parliament President Olemic Thommessen, were also present during the ceremony.

Accompanied by storm watch in Roskilde Cathedral, the Danish and Norwegian Crown Princes laid wreaths representing both countries at the grave of the man who was Norway's King Christian Frederik - and later Christian VIII of Denmark.
